Roast Chicken

Friday, I made a roast chicken.

I roasted it upside down.  That is, I roasted it breast side down.

I had slathered the chicken with a butter/garlic/basil compote and it looked amazing.  All delicious and browned.  And then I realized as I went to cut it that I put it in the pan wrong!!!

Still moist, still delicious, but a bit disappointing!
