The original instructions said we needed to have no sweets/sugary treats for 6 out of 7 days and exercise 5 out of 7 days to get the points.  We decided as a group to award points on a daily basis instead.

My weekly total:  169
Total Weight Loss for Week 1:  4 lbs
Total Points for Week 1:  209

So exciting!!!

    1. I'm doing it with a few friends! I'll be posting my weekly results! I'll probably try to do a second run of it after 8 weeks, so I'll let you know!!! :o)
